Students at Brookeside Montessori School took the parts of the Egyptian Chariot to the next level!
After diagramming and labeling a chariot and its parts, students designed and built their own chariots. Mixed media designs included 3-D paper art with cutting and hardware added, LEGO, KNEX, string, tape, glue and various other items! Kudos to the Upper Elementary team of origami craftspeople for horses!
Brookeside’s child-centered educational environment provides activities and a Pennsylvania state approved curriculum appropriate to each child’s developmental stage. The integrated curricula are guided by a highly trained staff, who are aware of the needs of the individual child.
