Last month a pilgrim and a live turkey came to Brookeside Montessori School!
This program from Quiver Farms is an annual tradition. The students hear the story about the first Thanksgiving. Then they enjoy activities about the foods the pilgrims would have eaten and the tools they would have used. It’s a great holiday show! Thank you to the Home and School Association for sponsoring this program through their fundraising efforts.
Brookeside’s child-centered educational environment provides activities and a Pennsylvania state approved curriculum appropriate to each child’s developmental stage. The integrated curricula are guided by a highly trained staff, who are aware of the needs of the individual child.
