Brookeside Montessori’s summer camp program began on June 3. Geography, map skills, and problem-solving activities were the focus of the first week of camp. Campers learned about time zones, climate, and geographical features. On Friday, June 7 we had a visit from Allison of Party Animals Express. She brought animals to our school that are native to other continents as well as animals we could see in Pennsylvania.

Brookeside’s child-centered educational environment provides activities and a Pennsylvania state approved curriculum appropriate to each child’s developmental stage. The integrated curricula are guided by a highly trained staff, who are aware of the needs of the individual child.
