How do Brookeside Montessori students celebrate Read Across America Day? With a whole week of fun with Dr. Seuss books! The students at Brookeside Montessori School recently participated in the National Read Across America Day. This day is celebrated each year on March 2, Dr. Seuss' birthday. The entire school participated in a week of fun activities to celebrate the books of Dr. Seuss.
Students pictured are celebrating the 100th day of school at Brookeside Montessori School! Students celebrated by creating 100 day eyeglasses and wearing them while counting to 100 by fives, tens and ones! Each classroom collected 100 cans for 100 Days and all canned goods were donated to Boyertown Multiservice.

Brookeside Montessori School's garden is sponsored by Quakertown Tractor Supply and their great employees: Carrie, Bob and Chris! We have won a $500.00 grant as well as the "Dig-IT" school curriculum and the invaluable assistance of gardening experts!
Lunch box tricks and treats with Chef Nikki Miller. Brookeside Montessori H&S Association members participate in cooking lessons with Chef Nikki Miller. Parents prepared and taste tested a mixed greens salad with lemon poppyseed dressing, turkey and roasted red pepper with spinach sandwich on wheat with basil sauce and a strawberry dessert bar.
