How do Brookeside Montessori students celebrate Read Across America Day?

With a whole week of fun with Dr. Seuss books!

The students at Brookeside Montessori School recently participated in the National Read Across America Day. This day is celebrated each year on March 2, Dr. Seuss’ birthday. The entire school participated in a week of fun activities to celebrate the books of Dr. Seuss. One day students enjoyed eating green eggs and ham. Another day we celebrated hat day. A few students had a hat just like the cat in the hat!  The highlight of the week was when Giggle Magic visited to perform a Silly Seuss Magic show. The show had students giggling and moving with a dance party at the end.

Please contact the school if you would like to find out more about our school traditions and engaging curriculum.
