Radishes with Vinaigrette are a great snack!

Radishes are an edible root domesticated in Asia prior to Roman times, now eaten (mostly raw) all over the world.  Radishes are great steamed (with a touch of vinegar), they turn a beautiful shade of pink!

Radishes are crunchy and strong.  They help your body grow strong also.  Radishes have folate.  Your body needs folate to heal itself!
