September 21 is the International Day of Peace.
Brookeside Montessori students have marked this day in the past by wearing white, creating pinwheels for peace, and coloring flags of different nations. This year students joined other Montessori schools to “Sing Peace Around the World” https://singpeacearoundtheworld.com/.
Brookeside’s child-centered educational environment provides activities and a Pennsylvania state approved curriculum appropriate to each child’s developmental stage. The integrated curricula are guided by a highly trained staff, who are aware of the needs of the individual child.
