May 25, 2016 was graduation day for the Kindergarten Class at Brookeside Montessori.
The children worked very hard all year and were excited about becoming first graders.
The graduation ceremony was held outside on a beautiful spring morning. Parents, grandparents, and friends attended this happy event. The children wore caps and gowns and proudly walked to Pomp and Circumstance. They chose to sing a few songs for their guests following the ceremony. They sang, “Shake a Friend’s Hand”, “Hello to All the Children of the World”, and “The United States”.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cake, lemonade, and a delicious fruit salad which the Kindergarten made.
